Executive Alliance Strategic Direction

The preliminary framework of the organization’s new strategic plan has been developed based the January 2019 SWOT analysis (See Appendix A for 2014/2019 comparison), focus groups with current and past mentees, EA members, and EA Board of Directors (conducted in March 2019). This working framework presented today to the EA Executive Committee includes: Vision; Mission; Our Positioning Statement; Guiding Principles; Values; Five Strategic Priorities and Sub-Strategies; Performance Measurements Matrix (See Appendix B of the plan)
