Doing so, openly alongside the other mentees from other companies and industries, brought a greater level of truth and accountability without judgment. Each and every session provided learnings that were immediately applicable in the workplace.

My only disappointment is my own time limitations. I wish I would have more time to take advantage of the opportunities to meet with other women in the group.

She has recommended specific publications that will help me map out my goals and define my strengths and weaknesses. She is also introducing me to other women in leadership roles to obtain other perspectives.
